macOS Mysql Error 13

Hi All,
My Problem is :
i can NOT access my DataBase and i receive the following message :

Can't find file: './MyDataBaseName/MyTableName.frm' (errno: 13)


This Problem occurs in TWO cases :

1) in order to duplicate My DataBase : i open the folder : "/usr/local/mysql/data", THEN :
i found here ALL the Databases in my computer, THEN :
i Duplicate the Folder "MyDataBase" by usually duplicate method (Alt + Drag in the same directory), THEN :
i Change the Name of the new folder to a new Name, THEN :
i go to any dataBase software (like Navicate Lite that i use), THEN :
i try to open the new DataBase, THEN :
i get the ERROR message.

2) in order to Transfer My DataBase : i open the folder : "/usr/local/mysql/data" in my OFFICE, THEN :
i found here ALL the Databases in my computer, THEN :
i Copy the Folder "MyDataBase" to My Flash memory, THEN :
i open the folder : "/usr/local/mysql/data" in my HOME, THEN :
i Copy the Folder "MyDataBase" from My Flash memory into it, THEN :
i go to any dataBase software (like Navicate Lite that i use), THEN :
i try to open the new DataBase, THEN :
i get the ERROR message.

I think this is a permissions problem on the new database files you are creating. Make sure the permissions are the same on the new databases as the old ones. Otherwise, ere are some ideas for other ways to copy and transfer a MySQL database.

soooo simple solution

I found a soooo simple solution that i used since 4 months then i forgot it :
i open the software : "Sequel Pro" then i make : Export --> MySql Dump
then i get a copy that i can later import into another DB that i just create ...
