After upgrading to Yosemite, I have to manually restart MySQL each time the machine boots or after waking from sleep. This is a brand new issue since Mavericks.
There are several postings about this and even one suggested fix I found after searching around:
https://xuri.me/2014/10/22/automatically-start-mysql-server-on-os-x-yosemite.html
Yet, when attempting this fix, as with the person on the referenced page above gives me the invalid plist file -- leaving me feeling less than comfortable further modifying the "plist-File-Found-on-The-Internet" and then submitting that plist to the launch demaon.
Just wondering if anyone else has successfully fixed this startup problem with MySQL.
This is my first actual issue with Yosemite (that hasn't been patched by vendors).
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
