For whatever reason, sometimes when I try to goto a webpage I'll get an "Cannot connect to MySQL, please try agian". But a simple restart of the computer will fix the problem. I'm running 10.4.10 with Safari 3.0 beta (but that shouldn't matter because I've had this same problem with other versions of Safari).

I just want to understand what might be happening, and maybe how to fix it?

Well things like that are server errors and thus have nothing to do with your computer. If you just waited instead of restarting I'm sure the site would work again. That is unless of course you are hosting the site on your own box, if that is the case you need to sort your MySQL config out.
