Today I noticed this mysterious app on my iPhone iOS7. I never installed this app and I couldn't start this app either or delete it. It looks like the Telegraph icon but slightly different. Any idea what this is ? Do I need to be concerned ? I rebooted my phone and now the icon has disappeared !!!

may be an app you installed a long time ago and you might not remember and somehow got synced with iCloud or iTunes but did not install successfully
check your purchased apps and see if you have ever purchased that app

That application must have been something by The New York Times, since the icon just depicts the styled "T" that they use for the first letter.

if you open it & it goes to safari that means you accidently set a page from the website to the home screen
