Mysterious file in trash; never deletes

Take a look:

This file keeps appearing in the trash.... The trash can be emptied, and it goes away until you open the trash again, or at login/restart. Any ideas?

I don't know what it is. I got that too when I ran leopard on my PowerBook G4 (specs in signature.) When I reformatted and reinstalled, I would get it after a few days of use. I went back to tiger since I just use CCC for my backup needs. This file does not appear when running Tiger.

I have the same issue and i have never installed
Boot Camp or Windows on my Mac OS X 10.5.6......

What is then the issue ?
