Hello -
1st problem:
i have an old generation iphone that has been working more or less fine for almost 1.5 years.

i bought a new generation iphone for my wife in march and when i started trying to sync both phones on the same Mac computer my phone loses contacts.

the guy at the phone store said he heard about an application or software that allows you to have multiple itunes users - any ideas?

2nd problem:
the last time i hooked up my wife's phone to the computer, it seemed to freeze in sync calendars mode. i finally gave up and cancelled the sync. is there something going on there?

thanks in advance for any help you can give

First issue: Sounds like you are signing in on the same iTunes account. Use separate accounts.

Second issue: I'd restore the phone, preferably setup as new, and sync the calendar again.
