A client of mine is having an e-mail sent to her mac mail..(not .mac) and it is not only untitled but it has no identity whatsoever (not even a message) except the blue dot indicating a new e-mail. I've tried to get her to junk it, however it still comes in.

Any suggestions on how this can be resolved? Thanks. :) :apple:

tell her to just delete them. I dont know what they are but they may not be safe, and its worth it not to risk it.

I wonder if creating a rule like this would help (I've never tried leaving the lines blank):
