Mystery of disappearing folders

Hi,
On my iphone4/jail broken/I'm using both infinifolders and folder enhancer.
Every time I place apps in a new folder, they mysteriously exit the folder and are found on the phone,as they were before they were put in folders. My phone is on 24/7, so it doesn't even need a re-boot for this to occur.
Was wondering if others have this problem, or suggestion on how to fix.

I had the same problem using the five icon folder apps. I removed it and folders worked as normal again. Left it that way.
