mystery of missing icons and page shifting

Wondering if others encountered this problem; on jb iPhone 4, 4.3.1
some icons disappear, do not show up on screen, though are accessible through spotlight search.When i place page of icons, they move on their own accord to other pages, making keeping a start page difficult.I originally thought the culprit infolders,or barrel, or folder enhancer.i removed all of these and problem still exists.baffling and annoying.any help appreciated

I would restore your iPhone to 4.3.1 and rejailbreak. Honestly, I would not restore from backup, but it's your choice either not to, or to.
