Actually, I noticed on cydia that mywi 4.0 is available. I assume that it's the same one on the rock store?
It will install Rock, which it uses for licensing.

Once you install mywi you can delete rock since mywi is built upon MS.
I had read that after you install mywi and actually pay for and install the license (so no trial mode) you could then go into cydia and uninstall rock and rock estensioms. Not sure if his holds for mywi 4.0 but i think was the case on 3
