MyWi licensing question

Does the new MyWi version have licensing tied to a specific device? I have been waiting for an out of town trip (which is coming up) to purchase it. Now that Rock and Cydia are the same, can someone tell me the licensing scheme? I had purchased an old version some time ago with a different iPhone. iBlacklist provides a key tied to the specific device.

It's tied to your rock id. You'll just transfer your id to your new device and then you'll be able to install everything you've bought.

If bought from the Cydia store many have mentioned that it could be installed to more than one iPhone as long as you use your Facebook or google ID to sign in and add the device to your user account.
Rock is dead and can only be purchased thru cydia from now on.
