MyWi network settings reset help

I had MyWi installed but got an AT&T tethering notice. Now I removed mywi, but under the network settings the stock tethering feature is still there instead of the "Call AT&T to set up tethering." I tried resetting the networks settings but it didn't get rid of that. Is there anyway to remove this? Or if I leave it but don't tether will I get a tethering notice?
