Nope, in fact if using mywi I recommend an unlimited data plan.

Boy that would stink. Thankfully using MyWi doesn't do anything to your data plan except use it in the way you prefer There's always the risk that if you overdo it, ATT will catch on, but I'm not aware of that ever having happened.
