MyWi tethering a bit slow lately?

Recently MyWi for me has slowed to almost a halt. I could barely surf the net and the only thing I could really is chat. Although running speedtests from the phone and surfing on the phone are blazing fast. Could AT&T be doing something to throttle MyWi bandwidth?

I'm pretty sure it has to do with the latency

It's pretty speedy when I surf pages and facebook on the phone. When on wifi, it takes forever + a couple of tries to load google.
