I've gotten the itch to jailbreak by iPhone 4 and have a couple of very basic questions. I tried searching for the answers but no luck. These questions might be so dumb that no one has bothered asking them.

1)Can I sync my jailbroken phone with iTunes normally without any problems?

2)What happens when Apple releases an iOS update? This one really confuses me. Do I need to wait for a new version of the jailbreak software before I update to the new iOS? Do I need to restore my phone before I do this thereby loosing all my jailbroken stuff?

Sorry for the n00bness and thanks in advance.

Are you sure you didn't search before you posted...?

1. yes
2. yes to the first Q and at times you need to restore before you jailbreak. You won't loose the Cydia apps you bought but it can be a tedious process re-applying all your tweaks
