iOS name displayed as "??" in developer.apple.com

Excuese me, I just had no idea where to post this question.
Please let me know if there is a better forum thread.

I register an apple id with name in Chinese; when I tried to register for developer.apple, I saw the name displayed as "??" so I change the apple id profile to English name, but I still see "??".

Just wonder does anyone has the problem? How can I fix that? or will that affect any thing if I want to register as paid member and publish the program developed in the future?

I would contact developer support (see the links in the dev centre). There can certainly be issues signing up as a paid developer when the name you have on your profile does not match, exactly, the name on the card.
