name of PRAM battery board?

Hello-

I am trying to solve a PISMO problem, and the constant squealing noise seems to be coming from the circuit board which the PRAM battery is plugged into.
I'd like to just order a new one, if I knew the actual name of this small logic board. It's below, and to the right of the PMU/Battery board, which is a long rectangular thing, which I just replaced. (replacing it did not solve my 'squealing-noise' problem. (it squeals as long as it's plugged in; when on battery, all is fine)
