Name of that app that gives you UK car stats based on DVLA info?

It wasn't called orange club but i remember seeing it not too long ago. From what i remember, it consults the DVLA database and give you the car stats, etc if your checking out a car. You used it by typing in the car registration

Anyone remember the name of the app?

It may have been banned?
