Name of tweak - skip to certain time in songs

My friend had a tweak where you can have something under a songs name, over the album artwork where you can add a time to skip to instead of having to scroll to it. You can add more than one time to skip to. For example I add one for 1:45 and when I click to it, it takes me to that directly. What's this called?

Anyone? It's a really cool tweak.

That's it! But it says it's not known wether it works on my version (5.0.1).
