Name Problem in Mountain Lion

Hey all,
In the Mail, Contacts & Calendars section of System Preferences on OS 10.8.1, every account except for my iCloud account have for some reason changed their name to my girlfriend's name. My girlfriend has only ever used my computer to browse the internet, so I can't figure out why this is. The affected accounts include my work Exchange, 3 Gmail accounts, and my AIM account in Messages.

When I change the name in each account to mine, it reverts back. Where is her name being pulled from? Any ideas?

For those who may someday search because of this issue, I finally resolved it. Apparently I had accidentally made my girlfriend's contact card in Contacts "My card." It can be resolved by creating a contact card for yourself, selecting it, and then going to the Card menu and selecting "Make this my card."
