Name this connector please

Hi, I am having trouble installing a graphics card. I get no video out on my hackitosh that I am building. I found an empty plug on the card, could you name it and say what it's for? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Would be helpful to know what model it is. Anyway it could be a fan connector, which is not used if the card has a passive cooler.

It is some no-name card. Do you think I would be better off with a new card?
