Names AND Numbers from SQLite file???

Hey,

My iPhone got broken and to get back all my contacts, I extracted the last backup with iPhone Backup Extractor. Then I opened the file "AdressBook.sqlitedb" with and SQLite Addon for Firefox. Like that could extract all the names I had saved.

But what I really need is the numbers to the names. I don't know how to get them. I already tried to export from "ABMultiValueEntry", but I always get only the names :(

Does anybody of you know what to do?
