Names randomly stop showing up

Names randomly stop showing up and just the phone numbers show for notifications. Tried turning the watch off and on and the problem remains.

I saw this happen before, but it eventually fixed itself. I never had to turn-off the watch.

This happened to me once. I think I forced it to refresh by turning iCloud off and back on again for Contacts, but I think a lot of people had it just fix itself eventually.
