Nano sim was my only disappointment today

It looks like a regular or microsim CANNOT be cut down to this new nano sim size.

Also, it will be IMPOSSIBLE to use an adaptor with your new nano sim and use that inside a iPhone 4s or regular sim phone


This is really bad news for travellers.

And terrible for people who need to switch sims between devices

it is possible but it's a little work. you will need to cut down and sandpaper down the thickness of the sim card a little. the contacts on both sim chips are 100% identical. and there are also pics of the nano sim to micro sim adapter. so there is no need for you to be disappointed

Once you get a nano-sim, you can get an adapter to makes it a microsim or regular sim. You just can't do it the other way around (not easily anyways).
