NAS box and my .mac account

Hey guys,

I was wondering, i have a networked NAS drive in my office that i want to sync to my .mac account. Does anyone know how i can do this ? i have found a method but it's soooooooooooooo long. Basically

IM BACKING UP NAS BOX TO MY IMAC WITH RSYNK
THEN IM BACKING UP FROM MY IMAC TO MY MAC ACCOUNT

Is there any way i can just upload from my NAs box direct to my mac account ?

it's doing my head in !
