NAS Storage with FTP?

I am looking to buy a NAS drive enclosure (preferrably to take 2 SATA drives).

Trouble is, I want one (preferrably with wifi) and that I can access from anywhere via FTP access or something so that even when I'm not at home, I can easily get my data.

Anyone got any suggestions?
