I wish to connect a NAS via ethernet to my uMBP so that I can use it as a time capsule, I also want to share it over the home network so my PS3 can access it.
At present I am having the following troubles
1) NAS is assigned a 168.XXX.XXX.XXX IP address but my airport is a 192.XXX.XXX.XXX address.
2) If I try to assign the NAS a 192.XXX.XXX.XXX address then I lose connection to it and have to reset it to recover connection.
3) The NAS can not get on the internet even when internet connection sharing is set up.
Anyone had any similar problems?
I have a ZyXel PL-401 v1 but can't seem to connect it to the rest of the internet over powerline connectors ZyXel PL-401-V2.
