I think I found a NAS with TM capabilities.
Seagate STBP8000100 NAS Array
or
BUFFALO TeraStation ES TS-XE8.0TL/R5

I want to set the NAS drives using RAID 5 for all my Mac's. 3 MBP's and 1 iMac.

What do you guys think? Both NAS drives would be using 8TB drives (4X2TB).

Apple does not recommend using anything other than apple certified storage and there are none. The net is littered with attempts to make it work on third party devices but folks here seem to have more luck with the synology NAS.

Usually the issues don't show up until timemachine starts pruning when it runs out of drive space and then you need to recover.

That being said, I've been using a Synology NAS as one of my OS 10.9 alternate backup drives without issue, but I haven't had to recover or migrate yet.
