Natual Voices Text-to-Speach

I am looking for a program that utilizes AT&T's Natual Voices in a text-to-speech application. Ideally the program could read text and convert it to an mp3 file to be loaded on an ipod. Does anyone know of such software that uses the Natural Voices?
