Anyone notice that turn by turn directions are spoken mind-bogglingly slowly? It's almost as if there was a -2x button clicked or something.

Yes it's painful!

Google maps oddly enough has even giving me issues. Not even an ios7 thing...had issues with it in ios6 too. Screen goes to sleep at some point and then when I wake it up it doesn't resume navigation....and then it's not just a matter of hitting continue...I have to start a new navigation from my now current location...massive hassle while in a moving vehicle. I don't use navigation that often to warrant not using apples version I just sincerely hope they fix this by the time gm is released.
