iOS NavigationBar right moving on iPad mini

I create a View controller with NavigationBar, it is no problem both on Simulator and device in Portrait mode.
But when I run it on iPad mini in Landscape mode, I found NavigationBar just moving right a little, but it is ok on Simulator.
What happened? what should I do to fix this issue?

Is the navigation bar created in interface builder or in code?

I think IB is excellent tool so that I like to create anything in IB.
But I found that is not so good sometime, in this case, I create text field in IB,
Then create three bar buttons in code.
Do you have any suggestion?
