Navigon iPad 2 - How to show map??

I have Navigon and have loved it on my iphone. Now that I have an ipad, I installed it and cannot seem to find a way to just show the map unless you choose a destination.

Am I missing something? Anyone else find this?

I think the trick is to actually put in a destination, and then once it tries to navigate to the destination, CANCEL the navigation and it takes you to just the map.

I figured it out.

Go to main menu
Click on the map
Wait
Wait
Wait


It seems to take several (like 5) seconds to get to the 3d view.
