Bit of an odd one this, but was wondering if anyone else had the same experience?

Using an XFinity cable account with the above NBC Sports app - tried watching the live soccer last night (Man City v Newcastle) and just received an 'oops something happened message...' every time I tried to watch.

It streamed fine on my laptop, so was just wondering if anyone had any advice or a fix? Highlists and everything else seems to be working, although I notice also that full match replays also give the same oops error.

On Apple TV 4K. Thanks.

No idea what's causing your specific issue, but I find this app to be buggy as hell. I'm constantly force closing/restarting/sometimes reinstalling this app. I always get the random you're not subscribed to this channel (when I am) or I'm at my maximum streams (or something like that) when I'm only watching it in one place... Most of the time it ends up working after a few tries. I use a FIOS login. good luck :)

I'm with @i hate phones, I find the NBC Sports app to be incredibly buggy and unreliable. Don't get me started on how poorly the app and NBC Sports in general behaved during the 2016 Summer Olympics. Constant crashes, poor picture quality, etc. And I often get the same issue you're asking about, @geesus, when using the app. I'm thinking of subscribing to a live TV service for the Olympics just so I don't have to depend on the NBC Sports app to watch them. I really hate that app.

I’ve actually tried to use the app to see the Olympics. And it says I do not have a subscription for that content? Not sure why since I subscribe to Directv. The actual dish service, not the streaming service. It keeps telling me to contact my provider.

My issue has cleared up of late strangely. No idea what caused it.
