NCH Software - DeskFX - Remove ?

I installed the above software and it didn't really work for me so I removed it ( tried both dragging to the bin and using AppCleaner )

However, it still shows up in my Midi settings as shown in the screenshot. Does anyone know how I can get rid of the item as the - button is disabled

Couldn't figure out what was causing it to display, removed prefs etc and searched in spotlight but no joy.

Ended up doing a fresh install of Big Sur and restoring users and luckily it did not return. Installed my apps again manually.
