iPad NCsettings and Dashboard X crash ipad 3

Hey guys,
I have found that my ipad 3 crashes anytime I attempt to do anything with NCsettings or Dashboard X. I just reinstalled NCsettings, tried to pull the notification window down, and got sent to safe mode. What on earth?

Trying to use Dashboard X with ANY sort of weather widget also sends to safe mode.
