NCSettings - Any reasonable way to add color to toggles?

NCSettings works well on my 4s, but I'd sure like to add some color to the toggles. Right now they are white on a dark grey background. I've looked through the NCSettings "settings," but I didn't see anything to do what I want. Suggestions?
