iPad NCsettings not working on iPad mini WIFI 7.0.6

I got a huge problem with NCsettings (the reason i jailbreaked in the first place

I´ve installed it via cydia but I can´t find it under Settings-Notification (not even down at the bottom)

And when I click Settings-NCsettings the Settings-Apps crashes?!

Anyone an idea?

NCSettings is not updated to iOS7.
What additional NC features did you expect to gain with it?

ok, sorry I didn´t know that.

I just miss some toggles in the notifications center (VPN...)

Toggles don't appear in the NC any longer but in the Control Center. Have a look at CCSettings or CCControls. Both provide options to customize the CC and also come with additional toggles (VPN incl.).

CCSettings is the closest to NCsettings for me which I used in IOS 6.12 until the end of January when I finally updated to IOS 7.
