There's a glitch with NCSettings and SBCenter Management. When you respring it reboots and makes your screen very dark. I don't have this problem when I respring using SBSettings

General NCSettings respring glitch

This has been brought up before in here. The fix I have found is either just let it go and it will start working, or go into settings and turn off auto bright if you have it on and move the brightness slider it will come back.
