NDA's on Snow Leopard lifted?

So now that Apple has officially announced the launch of Snow Leopard, anyone know if the NDA's have been lifted?

Or does the NDA prevent participants in the paid ADC memberships prevent them from saying when the NDA has been lifted?

I'd definitely like to get as much SL info as possible before the official launch, so I can make an informed decision about upgrading (not that I'm not gonna upgrade anyway).

I'm not a Snow Leopard beta tester. I was just wondering when the NDA expires, because I'm assuming that much more info would come out when that happens.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that I'm hoping the NDA ends before August 28, so that we all can have many of our questions answered, such as the big debate about clean installs with the Snow Leopard upgrade disc. Answers to such questions could help us decide whether or not the upgrade disc or the box set would be the better purchase decision.
