Neat 4 Mac: Change previously entered data suggestions

This might be a long shot but I am wondering if it's possible to change (or delete) previously entered data in Neat for Mac 4.1.0.

For example, if last week I entered "Visa Business Card" in the Payment type field, it is now perpetually listed as an option in the pull down menu of that field.

Since things never stay the same (e.g., I get a new credit card and ditch the old) keeping unused suggestions is kinda annoying.

Thanks for any ideas!
