If someone sends you a text with options, it looks like the Apple Watch will present you those options when you reply. That just happened to me yesterday, and it was neat and sort of disorienting.
You have to end it with a list, like
Do you want one, two, or three
If you do something at the end that isn't part of the list it doesn't seem to work.
Do you want steak or fish -> works
Do you want steak or fish for dinner -> doesn't work.
