NEC EA274WMi or Other for best text display

I was wondering if anyone here has sprung for this monitor. There are a few release blurbs, but no reviews. I love the clean industrial design of the NEC displays. I also love that the giant logo is offset to the upper left corner, I can't stand the front and central placement on most displays.

My current monitor is an old dell 20.5", about 1080 by 1650. Is the above going to be a major upgrade in clarity? Is there a better option?
