Necessary to list iPhone as "Warranty Repleacement" when selling?

What do you guys think? I just got a replacement phone from Apple due to the lock button failing on my previous one. The phone is brand new with the plastic still on it. I figure they won't have a warranty anyways, but was just curious what you all think. Thanks!

Yes.....you can't list is as brand new as it is a refurbished.

Just take the plastic off and list it as used in mint condition.
