I'm looking for 3-4TB 3.5 HD for internal TM in my cMP 4,1.
Personally I have had much better luck with WD vs. Seagate for a number of years. (I have a Seagate HD now that was on a shelf for a while 2TB thought I could use and it's tick tick tick...)
My current TM is WD Green 2TB (which will become my regular storage HD).
My current setup is as follows:
SSD for OS and apps
WD Black for VMs
whatever Seagate for storage
My new setup would be:
SSD for OS and apps
WD Black for VMs
WD Green for storage
--- need 4TB for TM ---
