Hi,

I have the following "Need 64-bit Windows installation USB drive or DVD boot camp" error while attempting to install Windows 7 64-bit on Boot Camp Assistant.
I have a DVD with a Windows 7 64bit image but the error remains.

I also tried to do it another way,
-Partition a separate hard disk named "BOOTCAMP" on DiskUtility,
-Restart Macbook Pro while holding down the "option" key,
-Select Windows CD, yes windows loaded.
However at the very first page of windows 7 installation, the keyboard and trackpad did not work, not allowing me to select any option.

Sigh. Could anyone advise how to go about this?

Boot Camp Assistant: Version 5.1.1 (479)
Model Identifier: MacBookPro11,3

Additional info: I managed to install Windows 7 on my friend's Macbook Pro 10,1. Boot Camp Assistant Version 5.1.0 and it was smooth and successful.
