Need a battery app.......tells capacity

I'm looking for a battery app that will tell me how many mAh the battery can hold. current charge in mAh and %.

I've seen these type of program for laptops with "smart" batteries.

IIRC, the only APIs available allow one to grab battery levels in 5% increments
