That is, better than that of the built-in Camera app? Realtime sensor oversampling and stabilization require a lot of CPU power and is, therefore, not really recommended. Then, you should go the post-processing way - on desktops, there are much better tools to IS an existing video footage. Let me know if you need more info on the latter.
