Need a Cell Phone for Alltel

Hey guys I am in the market for a new cell phone from alltel.

Two things I like to do (and it would be nice if possible) is:

1. Chat on AOL Instant Messenger
2. Check my e-mail (gmail)

Another bonus would be (and I am not even sure phones can do this)
is be able to connect to the internet at hotspots. (Like b/g wireless signals)

Any ideas for me? Know of a cool phone?
