All iPads Need a double USB wall charger for iPad 4

Has anyone got a recommendation for a wall charger that has two usb ports so that i can charge my iPad 4 and android phone.

Looking for something cost effective/reliable and good charging speed.
Been looking at amazon basics one recently.
