I have a lot of videos on my MacBook Pro that are in .flv format, but I would like to convert them to mp4 in order to import them into iTunes and add them to my iPhone.
Problem is, I have had the hardest time finding a free Flash converter on the internet to do just that. Many other free, and reliable, converters are easy to find, but I cannot find one that is both: a) Free and b) for Mac OS X and not simply XP or Vista.
Therefore, I've turned to you knowledgeable Mac users for recommendations. What do you use (for those of you that convert flash to other formats, for whatever reason)?
